Ethnic Technologies Continues to Raise the Bar
In December 2011, Ethnic Technologies, LLC, a direct marketing business solutions provider, will release E-Tech Version 8.0, a major step forward in ethnic identification software. E-Tech now achieves an industry leading 97% match rate when applied to most residential/consumer lists. E-Tech also improved their Enhanced Neighborhood Analytics (ENA), which corrects known discrepancies in census data and then applies the corrections at a more granular level with greater specificity. Ethnic Technologies, LLC also released one new product that works in conjunction with E-Tech Version 7.3. "Asian Assimilation Index" for the Asian population, breaking down into 4 separate indexes the degree of assimilation of each person. Ethnicity, language preference, income, socioeconomic status, dwelling unit size and geographic locator's are used as variables, along with expert system rules, to match an Asian individual with one of the assimilation index codes. With each level of assimilation, the individuals spending habits, socioeconomic status, communication preference and other lifestyle characteristics differ. E-Tech Mapping pinpoints at rooftop level, the locations of each identified E-Tech data component in any user-defined polygon. In 2011, Ethnic Technologies’ Product Roadmap calls for again raising the bar for match rates up to 98%, improving accuracy of matched data from "up to 95%" to "at least 95%", and extending the new products whereby the Assimilation Indexes apply to other relevant ethnicities and the E-Tech Mapping joins E-Tech and our data partners’ data to form new and useful visual portrayals.
